Our Quality Assurance Dept. is guided by experienced and qualified people and is fully equipped to carry out non destructive and destructive testing procedures on the Raw Material and finished goods which go into the machine erection.

Also the special alloys used for the format parts/Machine parts are lab tasted and instruments for surface coating measurement are also available which to check the desired strength of the coating imparted to various parts.

Our Quality Assurance plan is further supported by the validation procedures (IQ/OQ/PQ) and documentation to ensure trouble free installation, operation and process at rated output. The production of the documentation and the qualification is carried out according to the Precision Gears quality management system.

In brief the product Qualification Documentation produce by Precision Gears satisfies two Principal Objectives :

	1. To supply documented evidence of the quality of the product of Precision Gears.
	2. To support the validation activities of the customer for the performance of the machine.
